Federal Signal Aerodynic Vintage FireTruck Light Bar 72" Rotator Flasher Strobe
You are bidding on a Federal Signal Aerodynic Lightbar. This lightbar was removed from a 1994 Pierce fire engine due to a LED upgrade. The lightbar is approximately 72" in length. It is in great condition for the age. Lenses are probably a solid 8-9 out of 10 condition. The truck was always stored inside a climate controlled environment and kept out of the elements. Lenses are not yellowed at all. The only damage to the lenses at all would be very minor scratches from the usual driving. Washing, etc. The lightbar is tested and fully working with the exception of one PAR flasher bulb which is burnt out. The lightbar has 4 rotators on each side. For a total of 8 rotators. It also has 1 forward and 1 rearward facing PAR halogen flasher bulb on each side, for a total of 4 flashers. Finally, it has one strobe PAR light in the center. The ... morecenter strobe was never hooked up on our rig, so it is unknown whether it is a basic clear strobe or possibly a traffic light. All lenses R clear. Except for one offset center clear section to the drivers side that houses the strobe. Please see B&W photos. All lenses are CLEAR per ebay policy. Here is a USED pair of(2) amber upper domes for the Federal Signal Streethawk lightbar. Both of the domes have been wet sanded& look pretty good.much better than before. Dome tops were not sanded. There are still some small scratches/ scuffs throughout.mostly on the tops. Both domes have cracks in the top edges that have been repaired with silicone(see pictures) These also have a few deep scuff marks(see pictures) Check my other auctions for more lights. Here is a USED 52" Federal Signal Aerodynic lightbar. It has been tested& does work. It has 6 rotators inside with H1 bulbs. Also has 2 front facing PAR36 bulbs& 2 rear facing PAR36 bulbs. I believe it's a 1977 built bar according to the tags inside& it has metal PAR36 bulb holders. Also has an alternating flasher holder on one end. The PAR bulbs also work but do not flash as there is no flasher. Cable is about 3 ft. long. No speaker under the cover(s) This bar came from a small Fire dept. in Kansas. It still runs very smooth& quietly. Uses 4 panel domes. Fogging on bulbs is from the bar just being brought indoors from the cold) Check my other auctions for more lights. If you have any questions.
