Lights up and spins around shown in photo There is a little crack in the lens. It is hard to see in the photo The crack is about 4 inches long but there are no missing pieces missing from where the crack is. It is a clean crack in the lens The lens is blue and made of plastic The bulbs do work. This listing is for one Federal Signal Target Tech Highlighter lightbar as shown. The lightbar has Amber Lenses as pictured. The wiring has been cut short when removed from vehicle but can easily be lengthened to add cigar lighter plug or for direct wiring to switch in vehicle. The State had it bolted to a dual mount. But you can add magnets or mount it to a flat surface using bolts of the appropriate length. The lightbar was recently released as State Surplus. It is in really good condition and works perfectly. Federal Sign & Signal Model 15A Beacon Ray Junior Emergency Dome Light- it Works
Here is an automotive emergency flashing beacon light. It is by Federal Sign and Signal Corporation of Blue island Illinois. It is the model 15A Beacon Ray Junior in 12Volt. It stands about 8" high. And is about 7" across at the base. Condition wise, the piece is a mixed bag. There is road damage to the globe. There is a ding and a short crack on the back side. It looks like it has taken a rock at highway speed!The base has some corrosion and what looks like remnants of old paint. or maybe that's just road grime, I'm not sure) Anyway I wiped the dust off but didn't do any other cleaning. On the plus side, it actually works. I briefly hooked it to my truck battery, and the light comes on and the lenses rotate just right. All in all, it is a nice old piece that shows the evidence of it's years of use.

Antique Federal Sign & Signal Model 15A Beacon Ray Junior AMBER Dome Light Works
Here is an antique automotive AMBER colored flashing Caution beacon light. It is by Federal Sign and Signal Corporation of Blue island Illinois. It is the model 15A Beacon Ray Junior in 12Volt. It stands about 8" high. And is about 7" across at the base. Condition wise, the piece is a mixed bag. There is road damage to the globe. There is a ding and a short crack on the back side. It looks like it has taken a rock at highway speed!The base has some corrosion and what looks like remnants of old paint. or maybe that's just road grime, I'm not sure) Anyway I wiped the dust off but didn't do any other cleaning. On the plus side, it actually works. I briefly hooked it to my truck battery, and the light comes on and the lenses rotate just right. All in all, it is a nice old piece that shows the evidence of it's years of ... moreuse. This listing was removed the first time for violating EBay's policy concerning dome lights that flash red. Supposedly they could be used to impersonate a police car. Well, this one is amber, NOT RED! It flashes amber and doesn't violate any policy. It may have looked a little reddish in the first photos. Because I used dark background and the lighting in my kitchen isn't too good. But It is AMBER!

Federal Signal Q2B Fire Engine Truck Mechanical Siren 12 Volt Very Loud
Up for auction is the famous Federal Signal Q2B fire truck engine siren. I think this siren is from the 1970s? It still works and is super super loud! This model does have a brake but it does not work. This siren is in really nice shape for its age and considering that it was mounted on a fire engine all this time! The chrome still shines nice but expect scratches and other signs of wear for a vintage siren. The cone has a few little dings and one dent. I took a picture of the worst little dent. VINTAGE ELECTRIC ALARM HORM - FEDERAL SIGN AND SIGNAL CORP.
This is a vintage alarm horn that is in good working condition. This has no label as to who made it but I have one other listed that is similar to it and that one has label which states that one was made by the Federal Sign and Signal Corp. of Blue Island. IL. That label also states that it is a 125 volt electric horn. It has a built in on/off switch in the cord. The horn end is made of brass and is 16" long and the total length is 20" It is about 7" in diameter. The diameter of the bell end of the horn is 4" The brass horn can be easily removed from the base by just pulling on it. You can see in the pictures that the brass horn has a slight bend in it. This has a nice loud sound to it. If I were to compare the sound to something, I would say it's like the horn at a college basketball game that is sounded when a substitute ... moreplayer is to enter the game. A vintage"bullet-style" FEDERAL Mechanical Siren Model WL. Measures 9" long and about 6" in diameter. Wired for 12 volts. Housing has some bumps and nicks. Great decorative piece for a classic fire engine or a police car. This was an operational piece that was pulled from a 1958 firetruck that was still in service until 1999! when it went off the road on the way to a fire. and it still test to work good!
