Also missing a cover for the on/off switch. Something you can get at home depot probably. Then last couple weeks. I was moving couple tables, and pushed it, and dented the side of the fan. This monster fan is 36 inch blade. 6600 CFM 240 volt 3 phase motor, SCREAMS and flows serious air. I do have a phase converter that I can include with it if you only have single 240 volt for an extra 150 bucks. This fan was barely used as it was for an emergency use fan only.
