This is a big ol' honkin' commercial/industrial exhaust fan that is powered by a 3/4 horsepower 3-phase motor manufactured by Marathon. The five-bladed fan is 48 inches in size and the cabinet is about 53 inches square. The cabinet is about 24 inches deep. It is in excellent shape cosmetically with some dust present on it's surfaces. I am not able to test the three-phase motor but everything looks good in there. If the motor is burned out one could always just substitute a single-phase motor fairly inexpensively. This thing is big and heavy. Delivery can be arranged for $1.25 per loaded mile. Local pick-up in the Louisville Kentucky area is an option too. This is the GRILL ONLY from an ILG Ilgette Kitchen Exhaust Fan. I do NOT have the fan; this auction is for just the grill alone. This square cast aluminum grill or escutcheon measures about 13 7/8 inches by 13 7/8 inches. And is approximately 1/8 inch thick. These vintage kitchen exhaust fans were made. Starting in the late 1940s, and sold from the late 1940s to mid 1950s. On the rear of the grill is a casting number: 4248. There are no cracks in this used metal grill. There are various scratches and small specks of paint on the surface of the grill. And it is not perfectly straight, but would satisfy all but the pickiest person searching for a replacement vintage grill for a 60 year old exhaust fan. 500 CFM Solar Powered Gable Mount Attic Exhaust Fan
You are bidding on a used Solar Powered Gable Mount Exhaust Fan. I purchased this product 4 years ago and it has worked great. Recently I had my roof replaced and the roofer installed another one. But I told him I wanted the old one. I have tested the fan(plugged the panel up to it) and it still works great. I am missing the mounting hardware, but it can all be purchased at a local hardware store for under $10. I paid over $200 for this product, but don’t have any of the details other than what’s in the photo. I’ll try to answer any questions I can.
