A variety of colors and styles, have been lightly washed but not aggressively cleaned. Most size 6 to 7. Found in a bunch of stuff from 1950's to 1960's and offered in as found condition. Most in good to average condition, don't see any missing buttons, there are a few seam tears in the lot and some minor staining which may come out on a few. Beautiful vintage Elsie Tu gloves. Beige double woven cotton and beaded with copper seed beads in a bow and scattered bead design. Size 6-1/2- These have never been worn. I had to cut the manufacturer's string holding them together to get a good photo. There are no loose or missing beads. These would make fabulous wedding gloves for a bride wearing an ecru or beige dress. or would be exquisite with an ecru or brown suit. I added a closeup of the bow to show how dense the beading is. Vintage 1940s Ivory Crochet Dress Gloves Cotton Thread Sz M/L NWOT #249
These crochet gloves are in perfect unworn condition. The color is a soft ivory and the style is dress gloves. I believe the crochet thread is cotton, the gloves have a lot of stretch making them suitable for more than one size to wear. The length of the gloves from the top to the bottom of the middle finger is 8 1/2" the center of the palm stretches to 4 1/2" however the wrist only stretches to 3 1/2" I don't know what size this indicates but I wear a 6 1/2 and the gloves are too large, each finger is about 1/4" too long and the width is loose around my hand. I think they are approximately size 7 1/2, please use my measurements to determine if they will fit you. The cuff just above the wrist is beautiful with two rows of a circular pattern being scalloped at the top edge. The top of the hand is decorated with crochet ... moredots, the fingers and back of the gloves are a plain crochet pattern.

These are exceptionally lovely with very fine quality workmanship. The wide cuff complemented the style of the thirties and early forties. Notice that the seams are crocheted.
