This unique cabinet has slots cut in the back and bottom. A push handle on the back, and a rather mysterious identification tag inside the drawer. The cabinet measures 20 1/2" L x 16 1/2" W x 31" H. The drawer measures 15 1/8" L x 13" W x 3" H inside and there are two shelves inside the cabinet that measure 16" W x 13 7/8" D x 8 3/4" H. The half-missing identification tag inside the drawer mentions the word"Letter" and the incomplete string of numbers"2,584,0- It appears this cabinet had some sort of specialized purpose, perhaps related to mail, but we have been unable to identify its origins. The casters are not original but roll nicely. There has been a repair made to one of the rear legs, glue seams are evident, and there are multiple scratches and dings in the surface of the ... morecabinet.
