Roland Bolt 100 amp casters, 1981, Jazz Chrous , JC-120
Genuine Roland Bolt 100 amp casters. This set was pulled from the Bolt 100 which I purchased new in 1981. I had this amp roughly 2 1/2 years and the casters have never seen concrete. Though they are not technically New Old Stock. I seriously doubt you will ever find a cleaner set. The chrome is as new and the rubber wheels are still soft and pliable and even still have the mold over pour on at the center joint on a couple wheels, carpet and indoor flooring is all they have seen. Not perfect, but the pictures tell all. I did not clean them for this very reason. I kept the wheels in a plastic bag since selling the amp in early'84 in hopes of one day finding a Bolt 100 without effects loop issues.good luck] but then decided I'd have to find NOS amp covers, which will be impossible so.My vintage Marshall& Fender amps will just have ... moreto suffice! Lot of 16 Hooded Twin Wheeled Lightly Used Casual Chair Casters
Up for auction is a lot of 16 lightly used gold hooded twin wheeled casters that were replaced on a set of four sunroom casual chairs. Shortly after the chairs were put into use it was determined that the wheels on the chairs were not the best suited for the laminate flooring in our sunroom. The wheels appear to be polyurethane. The casters were replaced with other casters after a very short amount of use. The casters are 2” in diameter and measure about 4” from the bottom of the wheel to the top of the mounting pin. These are 360 degree rotational casters. The mounting pin is ¼” in diameter and measures 1-9/16” from the top of the pin to the top of the base at the bottom of the pin. I acquired these casters from a nightstand I bought to refinish. And I don't want the casters on it. They appear to be from maybe the early 1900's, based on the style and craftsmanship of the nightstand. I don't know this for sure, not an expert on such things. They are in really nice shape as old as they are, no deep pitting, they spin freely, have some stains on the metal but that's to be expected with that much age, but no rust pits! They stand about 2 3/4" high, wheels are about 1 1/4" diameter, and about 9/16" wide. Appear to be iron and porcelain. Thanks for looking!
