SpotBot Pet features innovative Deep Reach Technology, meaning it cleans your carpet's fibers from the bottom up. I though it was new but it's not. I wish it was new ten I can ask more, lol. But it's not so here it is, It's very gently used. Just tested and is working perfect however there are some minor issues: The hose extractor hose will need some internal cleaning because when working makes a laud whistle sound. But the issue is on the hose not on the machine. The hand tool shows damage on the hose side but doesn’t affect the function. The power cord has a taped damage. The dolly has one handle screw broken but is working fine with only one side screw Cosmetically the rear and bottom panel shows some rusty spots and missing paint and so does the caddy.
