This is most likely one of very. Very few to still exist. Even after contacting General Electric Lighting(whose headquarters is at Nela Park in Cleveland, Ohio) they were able to give me very little information and expressed the rarity of the item. The document itself is in nice condition. The top two corners show light wear and there is a spot on the lower edge of the back that appears to be black fountain pen ink, but there is no serious damage such as creases, rips or tears. Overall, for it's age, it's in very nice condition! I would love for this to be added to a nice collection where it will be appreciated or even displayed! FREE SHIPPING(will ship USPS Priority Mail.
