The plactic case that the tips are in DOES NOT go with the auction; you can buy one these types of cabinets new cheaper that we can ship that cabinet. This desoldering station has been maintained by myself since new. It has been well-used but is in good working order. The handpiece has been rebuilt from scratch and has a new glass chamber fitted. Together with a brand-new Visifilter cartridge and ESD-safe silicon vacuum tube(not the grubby clear plastic one in the photo! Please note that I cannot guarantee the life of the element, as I do not know how much use this one has had. New elements(and all other spares, tips, etc. are readily available from myself or other importers. The price represents good value: a new replacement SX-70 handpiece costs well over £200. So you will be saving money even if you only want the handpiece and keep the power supply for spare. Whilst these stations are easy to use. Pace MBT 101 soldering rework desoldering station sensatemp? soldr-x-tractor
This is a used PACE MBT soldering rework station controller. I bought it a while back with my soldr-x-tractor desoldering iron. But have since moved that to a dual station unit and no longer need this. The only thing that needs work on this is that the vacuum pump inside occasionally sticks from lack of use, if I poked the cam with my finger it would start spinning fine. It probably just needs to be lubed up or the o-ring replaced. I mainly used it with a soldering iron, so it didn't bother me. There are a few screws missing from the front/ back of the unit. Only the controller itself is included no irons or other accessories, sold as-is no returns. I only ship international through the ebay program and all items are sold as-is no returns due to shipping costs.

I have personally used this unit for electronics repair with both a PACE SODR PEN and the PACE SODR X-TRACTOR included in this auction. I guarantee that it is fully functional and works perfectly. The unit has STRONG vacuum. Power switch. Temperature control, and vacuum/blower control works perfectly. This reliable analog unit does not have a circuit/control board to go bad like the newer digital Pace stations. Pace MBT250 MBT 250 3 Channel Soldering/Rework Station
You are buying or making an offer on a used Pace MBT250 Soldering/Rework system that I have had in dry storage for about 10 years. The main unit and accessories are all in excellent condition. I plugged the unit in and cranked it up and it appears to be working properly though it may need maintenance/calibration after being stored for an extended period of time. The vacuum pump comes on when the trigger is pressed and both the rework and soldering iron units quickly heated up when I set their temps. This is a 3 channel unit so you could add a third tool to it if you wanted to. I have the original manuals and flip chart for the unit too(see pics) There is no foot pedal with this unit(never had one) But the trigger on the rework iron works great just like it always has. These units are still being produced although a later model(MBT250-SD) ... moreand they go for around $1500 new. This would be a great addition to your electronics tool kit at a fraction of the retail price of a new model. Take a close look at the pics and feel free to ask any questions that you might have.
