This baby is plug and play- 115 volt and set up for a garden hose. Arrange a drain and make massive quantities of ice! There is no bin with this, it will go on standard Manitowoc 30" bins or the wider ones with adapter. Forget the age of this, I believe it was only used for a couple of years and then stored until I got it this summer- look at the evaporator. Their is some scale on the pump and other components, and the ice thickness sensor is corroded, but it works fine- its a $30 item when you need it. All covers are in great shape, they are off for the pics. Price includes the frame I made to use it with large coolers in lieu of a bin- or put it on your bin. Nice looking under counter unit. I plugged it in temporarily and it runs. I hooked it up to a hose long enough to see that it made ice cubes. I don't know how fast or slow it makes ice but I would think that there is an adjustment for that but not sure. I do not have a manual. When you plug in the unit the back fan rubs but then within seconds it stops and you don't hear it anymore unless you unplug and plug it in again. Which you wouldn't normally do. But I thought it was necessary to say. It seems to cycle fine and noticed the fan relay switched off and on with no problem. Is quiet when it runs. I am not an appliance person but I tried to describe it the best I could. I would suggest to have it serviced to make sure it's running top condition. It ran fine when it was installed in my previous house but that was years ago ... moreand it was stored after that.
