I bought this ice machine. from a kitchen that was closing down. It was said to be working. I plugged it in and the compressor kicked on and got cold. But I didn't hook up the water to it or check any other functions. It will have to sell as-is since I don't know whether it is fully functional. I don't have a freight company that I use but you are welcome to arrange to have it picked up. It will be coming from Springfield MO 65810. I don't have a loading dock but I do have a pallet jack and can have it strapped to a pallet for pickup. Please don't ask how much to ship to different places since I don't handle that part.

LIGHTLY USED MANITOWOC QY1804A3 1/2 DICE ICE MACHINE & F1300 STORAGE BIN - NICE!
Up for your bidding consideration is this lightly used 2002 Manitowoc QY1804A3 self contained ice machine head and F1300 ice storage bin. It will make 1800 pounds of ice in a 24 hour period and the bin capacity is 1300 pounds. This machine is in overall very good to excellent condition. Both cosmetically and by its performance. This machine was completely gone through and cleaned and serviced by a qualified Manitowoc service technician, myself, as I have been servicing these machines for over 30+ years. This machine in an ice making monster! It is a 3 phase machine and runs exceptionally well. It runs a consistent 11 1/2 minute freeze cycle and about a 80-90 second harvest cycle. So every 13 minutes it drops a 10+ pound sheet of ice cubes. When I went through the machine, I had to replace one of the hot gas defrost valves as it was not opening ... moreup enough to allow a sufficient amount of hot gas into the evaporator during the harvest cycle, resulting in one 1/2 of the sheet to hang up on the evaporator. After the valve was replaced a new bi-flow liquid line drier was also installed and the entire system was evacuated down to under 500 microns. The machine was then charged with a fresh batch of R-404a(weighed in 56 ounces) refrigerant and then run tested. Along with the 12 provided pictures, I have downloaded and 15 minute video of the machine making ice. The video starts towards the tail end of a freeze cycle and shortly goes into a harvest cycle. After the harvest cycle, it goes back into a freeze cycle again(as it is suppose to do) and runs for about 11+ minutes until the next harvest. It's a pretty boring video to watch, but atleast you can see it runs its full cycle, start to finish. The stainless sheet metal is remarkably straight, but there are some minor bumps and dings here and there. You can see this is my provided pictures. The water side of the machine was completely disassembled, washed with Manitowoc Nickel safe ice machine cleaner and reassembled. The air cooler condensor was blown out with compres

There is no bin with this, it will go on standard Manitowoc 30" bins or the wider ones with adapter. Forget the age of this, I believe it was only used for a couple of years and then stored until I got it this summer- look at the evaporator. Their is some scale on the pump and other components, and the ice thickness sensor is corroded, but it works fine- its a $30 item when you need it. All covers are in great shape, they are off for the pics. Price includes the frame I made to use it with large coolers in lieu of a bin- or put it on your bin.
