The fins are metal and have two red stripes painted on each fin. The bottom of the fins are solid green. The decoy has large bulging metal eyes with a metal eyelid to attach your string. The mouth is carved out wide mouth look. The tail also has dark green stripes in a horizontal direction of the tail. Their is no chips or damage to this ice decoy Bass, very nice for a collection.
