This pump was recently decommissioned from a local hospital. It has a chip in the plastic on the front left corner and it is missing one of the rubber feet. It has been tested as follows: A 10ml B-D syringe was installed and the unit correctly identified the syringe size and the status of the barrel. Flange, and plunger clamps. The unit was programmed and operated in all available delivery modes without error indications.
