This auction is for one IMED Gemini PC-2TX Dual Volumetric Infusion Pump Controller Model#1325D. The unit is used and has some cosmetic scratches on the face and rear. These scratches include a small scratch on the screen and a dent on the top right face among others. I purchased the unit as an ill-planed idea to water plants when I traveling for work. I never got the unit to work because I didn’t have the proper tubing and never learned to operate the machine. Anyway… The unit powers on and displays error code is“704” which according to my limited internet research means“low battery” The battery was tested and found to be dead. A handwritten sticker on the battery read“05-19-04” which indicated to me that battery was 9 years old. Although there was no signs of outside damage the battery was removed to avoid spillage during shipping and to ... moredecrease shipping weight. The original battery in the unit was a“Panasonic LC-R0612P” There was a sticker atop the battery that read. Upon opening the device the inside circuitry and parts appears clean but there was some possible corrosion or oxidation on the inside case in limited areas. I don’t know what the substance is or where it came from. The battery I removed appeared to still be intact so maybe it was from a previous battery. I don’t know. Some of the spots of this assumed chemical reaction can be observed in the photo of the opened device around the sealing edges. No damage could be seen on what I believe is the controller board for the stepping motor. But again, this was only a visual inspection.
