Weril 971 trumpet- Well kept secret-really nice horn w/ great valves- check out!
Selling this Weril 971S silver trumpet made in Brazil. A very surprising horn to play and hear. I don't think there is a better horn out there for this price. It plays easily and slots very well. I can't find out much on this model but it is just under the Regium II. The valves are fluid and have a nice even throw and return. There are no issues with the horn and I would highly advise a good student to check this horn out. I even suggest it as a great back up horn for a pro. Some might even use it for his main horn. It's that good. The price is low so that I can pass it on. I got it a couple months ago and had a hard time letting it go. I enjoyed playing it. I have several sets to sell so the one in the picture may not be the exact one you will get, but it is representative. Valves on torch body operate smoothy, and threads and fittings appear good, but I have not tested it under gas pressure. glassblowing 2 sets of gas/oxygen quick connects with reverse flow check valves
Up for auction are two sets of quick connects with reverse flow check valves for use with gas(Propane) and Oxygen. One set is made by Western Enterprises and the other is made by Koike. They are both"regulator to hose" sets but could be used on the torch side or inline with the right adapters. They are used and are in working condition but do have a couple of issues. The western oxygen fittings do not always connect just by pushing them together and the knurled green ring needs to be twisted and wiggled a bit before they lock together. The koike fuel fittings do not always pop apart easily when disconnecting and the knurled ring need to be pulled and twisted a little to get them to separate. If you only occasionally connect/disconnect your hoses then these issues will probably not bother you much. If you use the connects a lot it ... moremay be a bit inconvenient. I am cleaning up around the studio and will have a lot of glassblowing related items for sale over the next couple of weeks. I will be as helpful as I can to answer any questions you may have. 3 way Co2 Gas distribution manifold w/ Check Valves
Manifolds allow you to have one CO2 tank and distribute through multiple lines to separate tanks. Separate lines can be turned off individually without affecting flow to other kegs. Each ball valve contains a check valve that ensures no beer or gas can flow between the two kegs. The barbs are all 3/8" to accomadate 5/16" tubing. Standard for gas line in the beer industry. This manifold has a 3/8" barb on the left and a prssure relief valve on the right. It is expandible just by purchasing another ball valve. It comes with 5/16" tubing with lengths of 26" 28" and 39" Two of the lines come with 1/4" flare nut ready to screw into your MFL quick disconnect(see photo)
