Up for sale is a vintage B.F. McDonald Full Brim aluminum hard hat. It is very clean. And in great condition, with only minor scratches throughout the metal(see pictures for details) It is adjustable, with a six point leather strap system. The leather is in great condition, without cracks, and the adjustment system is in great condition. The words"MSA Safety Equipment" and"Made in Canada" are printed on the leather. B.F. McDonald Co. Los Angeles C7 S" is inscribed on the bottom of the brim. The initials"IDS" are carved into the bottom of the brim. There is a small hole drilled through the front of the brim. I am not sure what the purpose is, but I would guess it is to attach a light. There is a triangle logo on the front with a lightning bolt inside.
