This is a Military Generator model no. SSP-12 from World War II. It is fitted well in a clean green U.S. Bag. The bag has several inner compartments that have several items in wax type packs that includes spark plugs and tools. The generator is on a metal frame as shown and there is a wooden frame in the bag that holds it in the pack. I do not know every thing that is in here because I don't want to take it out because of its fragileness of the inner packaging of accessories. The generator is tagged SERVICABLE and appears to have been well kept. It has the pull rope with a wooden handle to start the unit properly. It turns freely by hand and has good compression. KUBOTA D905-E DIESEL ENGINE + ACCESSORIES ALT RAD STARTER was GENERATOR 3000hrs
This is a running Kubota D905E 3 cylinder diesel engine with 3000hrs. It comes with the alternator. Radiator, starter, flywheel, electric fuel pump, and fan as shown in the pictures. The throttle control arm that controls the volume slider on the fuel injection pump is broken and will need to be replaced, as you can see in the 11th photo I have a piece of wire around the slider so that I could start the engine and control the throttle, but the arm will need to be replaced before the engine can be used for work. You can transplant the arm from your current engine or find the part at a dealer. The radiator has a leak in it but is included anyway. The fluids will be drained before shipment. The engine was part of a year 2005 Mech Alte Spa lt 3-100/4 generator in a light tower. And I have the generator parts. I do not know if the generator works ... morebut I'm told it does. Set of Telephone Generator Gears or Steampunk Accessories
Salvaged from a junked telephone generator that was in really sad shape except for the gears. The gear material is non-magnetic and appears to have been plated. Nickel plated brass? The extended bushing on the large gear is steel as is the shaft collar. Could be used to repair a generator. Or for some other application needing a relatively high gear ratio and low power. Specs: Large gear is about 3 3/4" in diameter. 0.31" wide, with a bore about 0.31" The small gear is about 0.73" in diameter, 0.375" wide with about a 0.25" bore. I count 34 teeth on the small gear.
