1998 Case 580 Super L Series 2 For your consideration. Is a Case 580 Super L Series 2 loader backhoe. We bought this machine from our case dealer in 2001 with roughly 1,800 hours on it. It was in there rental fleet, but in 1998 we had the machine on snow lease when it was brand new, and then also had it rented most of the time until we purchased it. It only has 3,723 hours on it now, which is really good for this age. It is a very well functioning machine and everything works as it should. Its equipped with a power shift trans, so no more shifting gears with a lever. This is a very nice and expensive option. Also it has the extenda-hoe option, which comes in handy so you don't have to always move. Also ride control that does work. There is a radio for dull moments. The tires are in very good shape as you can see in the picture. They have ... moreless than 300 hours on them since they were put on. We put new batteries in December 2013. It has been fleet maintained its whole life, has been very well taken care of and has gotten anything it has needed. There are no leaks on this machine. It is a 4x4 model, the cutting edge has very little wear and still has a brand new side. We are upgrading to a 590 and no longer need this machine. I purchased new in febuary of 2014. Used it to cut up 2 bigger trees for firewood. That was all it got used. It is in great condition. A little paint wore off muffler and small spot of paint rubbed off front of crankcase. Hardly any scratches on plastic. Everything works as it should. Comes with extra chain. Second chain was only sharpened once I believe. We dont have really any bigger trees that will need cut so it has been sitting and probably wont see much use, so I will let someone else get use of it. This robot was taken out of a paint lab and has never been used as a factory production robot. Generac XP8000E deluxe 8000w good running clean low hour generator- Needs TLC
This offer is rather unique- the unit being offered is a Generac XP8000E electric starting. Deluxe OHV engine w/ oil filter, no flat wheels, folding double handle, high grade generator- something that takes big $$ to buy when new( $2449.00 to be exact) The engine starts and runs awesome as any Generac typically does, BUT. the generator electrical system is absolutely dead. When we received the unit for initial repairs it had been sitting for some time, and it had dead fuel, and a dead battery and it would not start. We cleaned the fuel system, installed a new battery, and now it runs as it should- but there is no output from the generator unit. We took the end cap off of the generator unit and found no problems- no burned or loose wires, no obvious problems, and importantly- NO failed electrical components and NO smelly burned stuff- so bringing ... moreit back to life should not be an impossible task. The original owner was not wanting to spend any time or money on the unit, and based on current weather conditions, he chose to buy a bigger 15kw unit for his needs that we were able to immediately deliver to him in a snow storm. So. I was thinking that this could be an great unit for a project. We have agreed to sell this unit as a consignment sale for our customer to cover our initial cost of bringing the unit back to running condition.
