Vintage Antique J Sklar Medical Microscope Light
For your consideration today is a medical light. Probably from the early 1900's. It consists of a black metal case measuring 3 1/3" high x 2" wide x 2" deep with a light bulb in it. The front flips up to reveal the light, when the top is flipped down, the cover has a circular opening with a blue film over it, so that when lit it will cast a blue light. I believe that this is a microscope light. This came from an estate. The owners father was a Dr in Western Massachusetts from the 1930's approximately on until retirement.
