I not familiar with these things so all know is what I see. Cosmetically, the case is solid although soiled and the end handle is taped but does not seem to be broken. The Cylinder looks very nice to me and it is holding the pressure it had when I acquired it. However. Since I know nothing about it, and cannot test it, I must offer it“as-is” with no guarantees what-so-ever. Vintage Robinair Dial-A-Charge Charging Cylinder Very Nice Condition
This was given to me by a"old timer" about 20 or so years ago. It has sat on a shelf in my garage since then. When taking pics today I noticed the gauge was reading 50 lbs. So I opened the valve and released the pressure. Was surprised that it has held pressure for over 20 years. This appears to be in very good condition. With no damage. Although I am a HVAC Contractor I have never used this. It does need a good cleaning. I do not have the carrying case.
