R 22, R-134a, R502, R-410A. The other side reads Refrigerant Temperature R-401A, R401B, R-402A, R402B, R-404A, MADE IN USA. The plastic covers have some scratches, the blue side has a few deeper scratches and or light cracks, see pictures. The hoses are a little dirty has a few scuff marks from use.
