Antique 1919 S&C High Potential Liquid Filled Glass Fuse Electric Steampunk Vtg
Not sure where this big old 9 1/4" fuse would have been used. But it's cool looking. The tube is glass, the 1" diameter ends are heavy copper. There is liquid inside, not sure if water or very light oil. Also inside is a tightly wound spring/wire connected to a rubber( plug with a tab coming out the other end. There is a cork moving around the other half that probably should be connected to the tab. Light cardboard tube has a threaded tin end cap and a soiled/torn paper label. Under a lighted magnifier you can see S/C High Potential Fuse(Schweitzer) Conrad Inc, Chicago, 5 Amp, Type B and several patent dates ranging from 1911 through 1919. Outer wrapping on the boxboard tube is loose, but still intact. Probably not many fuses this old around.

Strange little vtg antique cut glass bottle with fuse cap.Steam punk marriage
It is 2 3/4"H. I am not sure what it is but I don't think this cap belongs on this bottle. The cap is threaded but the bottle is not. The cap fits perfectly on it otherwise. Not too loose or too tight. It is a perfect fit. The bottle may be an old shaker. The antique glass bottle married with this old fuse cap is such a cool little steam punk décor item. 1/2 Confederate 12lb Civil War! Time Fuse Cannon Ball! Broken Glass Inside!
This listing is for one half of a 12 pound confederate time fuse cannon ball found in Vicksburg in the 70's. Ball was cut in half to find it was filled with of coarse small shot but also broken amber glass! What a gruesome thought to add broken glass. Confederates would add anything to cause more damage. They used whatever was available. Over the years it had lost some of the contents but still plenty and if u ask me a better view with less balls. I can count 12 inside. 9 POUNDS CLEAR FUSIBLE BULLSEYE GLASS 90 COE SCRAP GLASS, FUSE, CAST, FREE SHIP
You are bidding on a nice variety of 9 pounds of clear fusible Bullseye 90 COE glass scrap. It can be used for fusing. Most"hot glass" techniques or pot casting with any other 90 COE glass. It can be used in molds and glass blowing. The glass can also be used in"cold glass" techniques such as mosaics, stained glass windows and other purposes. The pieces vary in size and include many triangular and rectangular pieces. We make a lot of 6 sided fused glass disks for our kaleidoscopes and end up with many scrap triangles, many of which we use ourselves. The photo is of the actual glass that we will be shipping. Please disregard any glare or reflection or background. All the glass is clear with no color. The glass has a little texture that is nice in stained glass windows and will fuse out in hot glass work. We have done a ... morelight cleaning of the glass. The rulers in the lower left of the photo of the entire amount of glass are 12 inches each. The glass is laid out in an area approximately 16 x 24 inches. The close-up photos will give the best views of the glass and the close-up photos with rulers will help indicate the sizes of the pieces. Some of the glass in the bottom of the pile is not visible in the photo. But it is similar to the rest. We use much of our scrap glass. But we are selling some of it to create more studio space. The scrap stained glass is tightly packed into a flat rate priority mail box that will measure at least 10x7x4 3/4 inches and the shipping is free. Delivery confirmation is included. We are sorry. But cannot guarantee that some pieces won't break. We reinforced the sides of the box, but if we had wrapped the individual pieces in bubble paper and used a much larger box, we would have to charge extra for shipping.
