The refrigeration element was cold to the touch within 60 seconds. We installed the seal per instructions and put 2" of water in the reservoir. It pumped strong and steady spraying the water as intended(see pic#5) with the water cooling quickly. We temporarily installed the dispenser and it worked perfectly(see pic#6) Sealing nicely when released. The d rip grid is included. But does have one small crack that cannot be seen in the pics, and the drip tray is missing. I see where both are available on eBay for less than $80.
