This item is in good condition with some minor cosmetic wear from normal use. There are no significant scuff marks or scratches on the item. The stainless steel is all in good condition with no dents or scratches. The input and output connections are all in good condition. The four drink display containers are in good condition with no cracks or chips. Two of the stirrers for the containers have small cracks in them but these pieces can easily be replaced. I believe one of the top containers is missing the tube that puts the liquid to the top of the container. The function buttons are in good condition as well. We were able to use the three spray and on/off buttons without any issues. The spinner on the top of the item spun without any issues. The brix adjustment knobs turned without any issues as well. Since we are not able to test the complete functionality of the item we are required to sell this item as is. So I will do my best to describe it in detail. This machine was removed from a local Coffee Shop. It was on the rear counter in the shop. I have absolutely no idea if this machine works properly. Because of this, I am selling this machine"as is" with no promises that it will work when it is received. When I plugged in the machine, it turned on with a flip of the green switch located on the side of the machine. The cooling fans on each side of the machine turned on. When I used the control panel in the front, I was able to have each side of the machine spin as if it were mixing a drink. I did not put anything into the machine, so I do not know if it would cool anything. The diagnostic ... morepanel lit up and I was able to scroll through the numbers on the panel. The lights on the top of the machine did not illuminate, but I do not know if there is a setting to turn them on. Please see pics. I replaced the impeller motor, spout and rubber sleeve inside bowl. It works great, tested for 2 hours straight with no problems! It starts right up and runs quietly with no strange noises. The refrigeration element was cold to the touch within 60 seconds. We installed the seal per instructions and put 2" of water in the reservoir. It pumped strong and steady spraying the water as intended, with the water cooling quickly. The drip grid is included.
