The crystal glass jar is intricately cut in a trellis design and there is a small traditional star cut on the base. The silver top is hallmarked with the initials HM for Henry Mathews of Birmingham. It also has an anchor mark for Birmingham. The lion donating Sterling quality silver, plus the date letter'C' for the year 1903. This is a delightful little panel cut crystal perfume bottle with a sunburst to the underside. It has a flip top sterling silver lid. The interior of which is gold washed with some corrosion. The glass stopper is locked in. The sterling neck of the kid is fully hallmarked. With the sterling lion, the Birmingham anchor and the date mark“u” for 1894. As well. There is the maker’s mark“H& T” for Hilliard and Thomason, silversmiths in Birmingham during the second half of the 19 th C. The bottle stands 2 1/2” tall X 1 ½” across the shoulders. And is in good used antique condition, with the crystal in very good shape, and the lid showing four dents. Any dark or bright spots not mentioned previously are reflections in photography. Depression etched & cut 12" decanter; band & flower etched; cut base, neck & top
This is a lovely Depression era decanter. The sides are ribbed inside and have an acid etched pattern featuring a top band and flowers. The neck is heavily cut with many small triangular indentations. The base is cut on the bottom. The stopple is cut to match the patterning on the neck. The bottom of the stopple has a bubble inside the glass. I wish I could attribute it to a specific manufacturer but I didn't find one like it in my limited searching. The bottom of the inside is very cloudy. My water is very hard and some of the cloudiness may wash out but I suspect some is"sick" glass and is forever. Antique Cut Glass Sterling Top Dresser Jar by Foster & Bailey
This tall dresser jar is a tooth powder dispenser and for the person who uses baking soda for brushing teeth this would be a very useful bathroom accessory. The jar is cut in 10 facets and were it not for a couple of tiny nibbles would be flawless. The sterling silver lid was designed by Foster& Bailey. It has an ornate repoussee design with the profile of a women. She has flowing hair. Of course. There is a hole in the center of the lid that can be opened and closed with the little lever on the side. It works well. The lid is cork lined, original to the jar and fits snug. There are no splits or cracks in the lid and no pin-holes from over-polishing, just a little light bruising around the edge. Dimensions: Height 3 5/8" lid is 1 3/4" across. Early 19th C. Blown& Cut Glass Decanter With 4 Double Ring Neck& Sunburst Top This is a nice early blown and cut glass decanter with 4 double rings on the neck. And a sunburst cut stopper. It measures 9 3/8" high, and 4" across. Bottom has polished pontil. It is in excellent condition with no chips, or cracks, just a very light residue at the very bottom, and a few tiny flea bites to the edges of the cut stopper, nothing major, just want to mention for accuracy. ANTIQUE 1880'S 14 INCH RUBY CUT TO CLEAR HEAVY VASE 800 GERMAN SILVER TOP
Antique Large 14 inch Brilliant Cut Crystal Vase that is Ruby cut with a Heart Shape Large thick 800 Silver edge. The Silver has the Crescent Moon and Crown for Germany and 800. I can not make out the makers mark. This is a huge piece of glass weighing 8 1/2 pounds. The glass sparkles with the deep cuts and the unusual amount of the silver top. The bottom of the vase has zipper cut line and has a star cut bottom. There is one tiny chip on the underside of the base where it sits and a couple tiny ding in the silver next to the markings. The glass has no sickness. Is clean and vibrant. Certainly one of a kind. Thank you for your interest.

The top is either silver or silverplate, there is no hallmark so I'm not sure. Not sure what type of stopper this had. I don't see any chips, but it is hard to tell because of the pattern.
