As a huge Apple II fan I am also a early Macintosh fan! I am proud to have the original Apple Hard Disk 20 for sale! This is listing#2. I have another for sale! This is a really unique and hard to find 20mb drive. As most of you know. This external drive plugs into the floppy port and has a special interface powered by a Z-80 chip to allow a unique multiplexed bank switching mass storage. This is not a SCSI drive! It was designed for the Macintosh 512k however it will work on the 128k as long you have a 512k memory upgrade. It'll also work on many other early Macs ie: Plus SE Classic Ect. This drive is pretty clean as shown in the pictures above! Three rubber feet are intact. There are some scuffs however this drive is in pretty good condition which is rare to find! This drive has been tested and boots to system 6.0.2! There are some ... moreof applications ect. A power cable is included. This is a nice used item in good condition. It has been tested and it runs fine. It doesnt have a power supply but we used a standard 12v dc to test it and it runs fine. FYI it takes a 12v power supply. I dont have the adapter but i can afix a 12v power supply to the unit if you dont want was to go buy the exact one. It includes 5 interchangeable guards.
