This includes a 300 watt EF4A3 GE Power Amplifier that operates from 42 to 54 mHz, a ET69A GE Transmitter, a GE Receiver, a control unit, a GE/Shure Microphone, speaker and several modular components in the lower part of the cabinet. This stonewall is in excellent operating condition and good physical condition. The cover has been repainted by the previous owner it looks ok but is a bit more glossy than oem finish. Ive upgraded the power supply to a light weight switch mode power supply, much better voltage regulation surge protection and efficiency. not only do these supplys make less heat they have an auto cooling fan circuit built in that makes almost no noise when in operation. if you have a base station that has a large final rf power amp like this or know some one who does, upgrading to this style of power supply is a really good idea, the oem transformer has been known to burn up if your long winded, Ive had several customers whos radios burned badly! This radio has been completely aligned on all modes transmit and receive.Keeping purity in mind. It doesn't get much better than this for a nice Studebaker collectible you can proudly display in in your best show case! This is an original Boyce moto meter made in New York for Studebaker. This was basically the radiator cap of the day for the old Studebakers. The patent dates are from 1912-1918. This piece was purchased by me on ebay many years ago and originally came from an Estate sale in Michigan. This is by far the best piece I own and I have been an antique dealer for several years. The piece sits in a hole for the stem atop of the marble base and is not secured to the marble. I drilled the hole in the marble and it came to set off the mono meter just beautifully. It receives better then any radio I have ever had on ssb only tried it on 27 MHz for transmit. Fm has a lot of static but receive was working I heard a conversation in the uk.
