2 Channel Racked API Mic Preamp orig. transformers & 2520 opamp
Hi everyone I'm selling this 2 channel racked API mic preamp. These preamps produce arguably the best drum and guitar sounds in the world. They also sound amazing on everything else. It is in perfect condition and has been used on many records in my studio. My reason for selling is that I am upgrading to an analogue mixer so I have no need for outboard preamps. This unit uses the original world renowned 2520 API opamp and API transformers. Each channel has 48v Phantom power. 20db pad and polarity switch. The modules have been retrofitted from an 1980s API console into a 120v unit with XLR in and out. If you are in Australia or Europe you will need to use a stepdown power transformer from 240v to 120v Happy Bidding!

VINTAGE 1965 YES THAT IS CORRECT 1965 BLONDE FENDER BASSMAN BLACKFACE AMPLIFIER IN GOOD CONDITION! This is a rare original Fender Bassman blonde amp. This has 2- 6L6 GE power tubes and 4 12ax7's or 7025 tubes. The transformers are original as are the main caps. I don't see any evidence it has been worked on at all. Other than some tubes have been replaced. The main caps and transformers all have dates from either the 12th or the 13th week of 65. The speakers are from that same time frame as well. They are both oxford 12" speakers. The label states this is the AA165 model and the Date on label is OD/ April of 1965 Great sounding amp that has been used but in better cosmetic condition than many from that era.
