This unit is in good used condition, with average signs of cosmetic damage from previous usage(including original owner markings, dried grease, numerous scuffs/scratches, paint chips, etc) as to be expected when purchasing any used industrial equipment. You already know the capabilities of this tool and how to use it. Well, I completely disassembled it and replaced everything. New grease, bearings, chains, drive sprockets, hardware, etc. Repainted, tested and ready for more years of use. I can tell you that if the chains are worn. It will fail. They get loose from usage and have to be kept up. If you are buying a used puller, make sure these are replaced. The cost on the chains alone is over $100.00 and that doesn't take into account any labor. Worn sprockets? A disaster and very expensive.
