This unit is in good used condition, with average signs of cosmetic damage from previous usage(including original owner markings, dried grease, numerous scuffs/scratches, paint chips, etc) as to be expected when purchasing any used industrial equipment. I bought this new. The item does have some signs of cosmetic wear. But is fully operational and functions perfectly as intended. This item has had vary light use and I have not used it in a couple of years so I selling it. I am no longer doing cable pulling. There are many attachment that will all go with puller: 1- man hole. 2- wall or floor mounts, 1- pulling wheel and a tool box full of conduit adapters.
