Up for auction is an Atwood S400 dough dividing machine. I downloaded the service manual and went through the maintenance procedures. The machine got a good basic cleaning first. The cylinder head. Piston, and the smaller portioning piston were all removed and cleaned. All cast iron parts were well lubricated with mineral oil before reassembly. The five grease points on the rocker assembly, the two on the piston springs, and the two on the main drive motor were all greased.
