Rondo Bench Model Reversible Sheeter - New Belts
Not sure about the exact model number of this sheeter. But it's a Rondo. It's an older machine, but very solid- looked more solid to me than new machines in fact which is part of the reason I went with it. I had the sheeter refurbished from a dealer a few months ago and then my small bakery went out of business. It has new fluids and new belts and runs great. The belts measure approximately 28"L x 19"W. This is a 3 Phase machine. I have a just-about-brand-new Phase-A-Matic rotary phase converter that allows for full-power operation with a single phase electrical system. The converter is sold separately.

Rondo Reversible Bakery Sheeter Works great! Belts are usable but should be replaced soon Not labeled but I believe it is 220V+- Single Phase. We have used it on 240V for the past three years Manually controlled with bar switch This is an older machine but we have used it daily for the last three years There are only two things we have noticed: the belts are stiff in the morning and need to be ran for a minute or so to loosen them up. If you don't run them it could pop the circuit breaker on the machine and it needs to be reset or will need to cool off for 30 minutes or so(happened only three or so times in the last three years) there is a slight oil leak on one of the seals. We have NEVER had to add oil but it is getting low Comes with three sets of scraper blades(that means one extra set) but some of the blade need to be reinserted ... moreand/or glued into the metal part. But it is not in perfect round shape. It is smushed a little. It does not affect the performance of the sheeter at all. All of the belts(especially on the sheeter and cutter) probably need to be replaced. They are dirty and have small tears in them. The serial number plate for the sheeter is very worn and barely legible. Finally the small knob that opens the power box on the transfer table is missing. I just used a flathead screwdriver to open the box and that worked fine. All three pieces were manufactured in 2005. Everything is in working condition and comes exactly as pictured. The sheeter requires 3 phase power and the cutting table requires its own seperate 220v 1-phase power. If you have any questions about the sheeter or shipping please contact me. Buyer is responsible for making their own freight arrangements and shipping/insurance costs. Please select the"standard shipping" option in this case. Freight company must use their own pallet jack& equipment to remove the sheeter from the bakery. Otherwise, local pickup is also available, but MUST be picked up by end of day
