Dutchess 36 Portion Manual Commercial Bakery Dough Divider Cutter BM-58 Bread
You are bidding on a Dutchess Bakery Machines Manual 36 Portion Dough Divider model BM-58. The divider is very old and has recently been redone. It was originally coated in paint to prevent rust but has been sandblasted and sealed with a food safe sealant and the lettering picked out with red. The pan and handle are included as shown and are both removable. The machine also hinges open for easy cleaning. The machine is in great working order but was mainly cosmetic in our bakery as our local area is small and we had little need for it with the volume we produced. The divider comes mounted to the wooden pallet shown but can be easily unmounted and remounted to a new surface. The divider weights about 180 lbs so local pick up or freight at the expensive and arrangement of the buyer are the only two shipping options. Purchased from a local restaurant that closed down. Has some paint loss and grease on it ad you can see. I was going to clean it but figured it would be best to keep it on the unit to prevent rust. Seems to operate smoothly. The cart can go with it but the caster wheels are shot. Comes with 2 heavy pans and paperwork. If you dont like it when you come to pick it up, you dont have to take it.
