Empire dough moulder molder in working condition. This amazing machine can crank out baguettes. Sub rolls, buns, etc. in a fraction of the time required to complete the tasks by hand. Not sure of the age, but it was working when taken out of service. It was in storage for some time, so it will require a cleaning. The moving belts are all in working condition, although they do show wear from use and storage- there are no hole or tears that I can see in the moving belts. There is one stationary felt(where the dough emerges from the first set of rollers) that some tearing on both sides. I don't expect that this will affect operation at all as the dough is very narrow when it passes through this area. This can also be replaced easily because it is not a moving belt but a stationary piece of felt. As for the power requirements. I will load ... morepictures of the spec plates on the unit and the motor. I requires 220V, and it doesn't say whether it is single phase or three phase. Perhaps you can tell by the plug(see picture) I'm selling this as-is. It is very heavy. The location is in North Austin, Texas. I am fine with you paying someone to come and pick it up for packing and shipping. This is an older model from an era where things were made to last. This piece has certainly stood the test of time. And it performs far better than the new models; which are made out of plastic. We refurbished this piece for a client that used it for only 3 months. We purchased from a small Bakery on the Ohio River; that closed. The baker loved this piece so much that he took it home after the bakery closed. He was still using it to make clover rolls! After we purchased it from him; our team took it apart, sanded it, and replaced any worn parts; then repainted it, and tested it out. It still works well, and the plate is still in good shape.
