But the programs on it are defective. There are no lights on the panel. The power switch does turn the furnace on and the heat rate can be set. The muffle is fine, thermocouple is fine, but controls are not working beyond that at all. On the far right hand side of the control panel is a"Raise" switch that starts the platform to go up but it will stop and then come back down. There is no vacuum pump with this furnace. This auction is for a used Jeneric Pentron Auto-Press Plus Porcelain Furnace. We were able to bake nice porcelain crowns and successfully run a few pressing programs. We could not fully test the pressing functionality of this oven because we do not have the accessories and materials for pressable ceramics. This oven is in mint cosmetic condition and has only 829 firing cycles on it. Because the door gasket does not sit well in its place there is an air leak and the vacuum pump turns on and of to keep the vacuum level above 700 mm. Sold as is.

Model Mark III, rated 115 VAC, single phase, 60 hertz, 1500 watts. It comes with a Ney SuperVac oil-type vacuum pump. The Ney SuperVac pump is serial number 21429 rated 2.25 amps, 115 Volts single phase, 60 hertz. The SuperVac has 4-1/2 foot power cord that plug into the back of the furnace for on-off control by the furnace. Also we have a spare muffle for the furnace. We have tested the pump and furnace together in the lab and everything is working fine. The system is holding a vacuum of 27 plus inches of Hg. The furnace has a heavy duty rubber 10 inch long vacuum hose, 1/2 inch OD 1/4 inch ID. We have tested the furnace to 2000 degrees F. Working Jelenko Dental Lab Porcelain Furnace tested @ 2200 F
This is fully functional furnace. I have tested it and it reached 2200F in about ~15 mins. I shot a video showing from start to end(reached 1100F) I brought this furnace for my little gold melting experiment. But I failed at the"Aqua Regina" stage so I never successfully re-solidified the liquid gold back to the solid form and so, I've never used this furnace to to do the smelting. This furnace has the vacuum pump control feature but I don't have the pump! The furnace is Model No. 311400. Serial number 9252994, rated 115/230 Volts AC, Amp 12A, 50/60 hertz, 1400 watts. This furnace is made in Japan. The furnace is 15-1/2 inches wide by 16-1/2 inches deep by 21-1/4 inches tall, and weighs 49 pounds. The furnace comes with a 6 foot power cord with standard American 3-prong plug end. This furnace powers up, the platform lowers ... moreand rises as designed and worked fine. Ney Centurion VPC Porcelain Furnace Oven & Pump
Oven heats. Vacuum pump works- see pictures of display functions. One rubber foot on bottom of vacuum pump is broken odd. Could be glued back on or I believe easily replaced. I am not familiar with this unit but believe everything works. What you see in pictures is what you get. If shipping and insurance is less. I will refund the difference.
