The switch listed is a universal replacement pressure switch that replaces brands such as Furnas, Square-D and more. This switch is equipped with an unloader valve, on/ off lever, and a four port mounting manifold. This is similar to the regular 4 port pressure switch, but this switch is equipped with heavy duty 26Amp contacts to provide a longer lasting switch in demanding applications. The four port manifold gives you the option to mount in it any direction and to also have the option to add a relief valve. Gauge, or multiple air outlet ports. These Ports can also be plugged if not needed which is what makes this switch a great universal replacement pressure switch. The unloader equipped on this switch is used to unload the air pressure off the head of the compressor when the compressor shuts off. This way when it starts there is no pressure on the piston and the compressor is able to start load free. This valve usually has a 1/4" plastic or copper line that runs to the check valve or the head of the compressor. If your compressor does not have a unloader line then this valve can be left not hooked up and the pressure switch will still function properly. This switch can be used on a single stage or two stage compressor as long as the amperage is less than 26 amps on 120 volt or 20 amps on 240 volt. However if this is being used with a magnetic starter on a larger compressor the amperage does not matter, in this case it is just used to turn the starter on& off at the set pressure. This switch comes pre set to turn the compressor on at 95 psi and shut off at 125 psi. This can be adjusted to any pressure within the factory minimum and maximum set points listed below. This Motorola T-1012A power supply was manufactured for them by RATELCO Inc. in Seattle. Washington. This Power Supply is clean inside and out(see pictures below) It has been tested and has good output. The volt and Amp meters work fine and read quite accurately. These Power Supplies are known for being bullet proof. Not really much in the way of components to go bad, so they are quite reliable. This Power Supply is one Heavy Mama- about 52 pounds worth. It will be carefully double boxed for shipment. And I don't charge anything extra for the packing materials- just the actual UPS shipping fee. See pictures and features below. The Voltmeter reads 0-50 volts and the Ammeter reads 0-50 amps ... moreOn the lower half of the front panel. There is a power switch that also selects the output range: 0-35 volts or 0-15 volts. The unit contains Three Fuses: 2) 30 amp and(1) 8 amp. All are good. Two different size jacks are provided for the DC output: The large connector is a little larger than 1/4 inch and the smaller connector is about 5/32 inch. There is also an AC output receptacle/outlet on the front panel which provides 0-135 VAC output- apparently from the output of the internal variac. This output has been tested and also works well. Inside of the power supply showing the massive transformers on the bottom. Variac in the middle, and series of bulbs at the top which are part of the voltage regulation system. The large filter capacitors are mounted to the inside of the cabinet panel. The Case is in good condition- just some scratches here and there from normal use over the years. Originally. There were two small metal carrying handles mounted in the top of the case which were not all that great for carrying the beast.
