Used Lambda 28 vdc power supply that I've been using as a bench supply to operate devices and circuits. Can be used to top off a battery. But not to bring up a dead battery as it has an over current protection circuit. Adjustable pots on the front to adjust voltage output, over current setting, and over voltage. The input voltage, frequency has a very broad input range. A very rugged, stable, and reliable power supply to use on the bench or in an R& D environment. My negative feedback came from a guy in the Dominican Republic that later said he was sorry about the negative response.
