It also has a part number of 2600-8001 and a serial# 1-63039-15-EV, This an open type control and must be installed in a user provided panel. This unit was pulled from a working machine and was held as a spare for another machine. It is very clean and comes with an Installation, Operation and Maintenance Manual. I have no good way to check this, but I did move the line voltage jumpers to 120vac and applied power to the unit. The red FIELD LED came on and when power was shut off the IFT LED flashed once as the FIELD LED went off. I did nothing more than this and then placed the jumpers back where they were originally. There has never been any problem with this board since we had purchased it used and had built up our test bench drive controller with it. I have decided that instead of selling the complete 1395 drives by themselves. I would simply part them out.
