It also has a part number of 2600-8001 and a serial# 1-63039-15-EV, This an open type control and must be installed in a user provided panel. This unit was pulled from a working machine and was held as a spare for another machine. It is very clean and comes with an Installation, Operation and Maintenance Manual. I have no good way to check this, but I did move the line voltage jumpers to 120vac and applied power to the unit.
