Roland Stika SV-15 Decal Cutter Plotter
This machine has seen a lot of work. It is 3 or 4 years old. Has a new cutting strip. The machine doesn't cut small things as good as it used to. Maybe it needs a need blade or blade holder I am not sure. The front of the machine is cut up pretty good where the material is trimmed after a cut. Personally I'd either send it in for a tune up or figure out why it is not cutting small things well. Could be a simple fix? Check the forums also. No software included. Roland Stika sx-12 works wonderfully
This is a great little desk top roland sx-12 design cutter. Although we have had it for a while. This cutter has been used minimally. I am only selling it because I upgraded to a larger cutter. The body of the machine is in excellent condition, no major scuffs or scrapes, no broken pieces or cracks. Comes with the original manufacturer cords and box, as well as a user manual. We do not have the cd's but you can down load the drivers free from the Roland website. If you are running windows 7 or 8 on your computer, you need to download the sv drivers, which work fine with this model. If you are running an older version of windows go for the sx drivers. I used this cutter for my own use to letter& number my model boats and RC cars. I have included one photo as a sample. The cutter and laptop saw very little use. This is the older model SX-8. So it is not USB friendly, I have included the laptop I used with it. All you have to do is load the program and you are good to go. I included a Type Artist program as well. Untested Roland Stika SV-8 Vinyl Cutter As Is
This cutter is in fairly good shape. You will see some scuffs and smudges. The power cord and software are not included. this auction includes the unit only. I tested to see if it powers on and it does. I tested to see if the usb port is functional and it is. The blade/cutter is included in good shape. This is an sv-8. You will need to purchase the cords(radio shach) or even a flea market. You can probably get them cheap on eBay. And you will need to purchase the software. About 70$ from Roland. You might be able to get it cheaper from another place. I wIll start thIs Item at 74.99 because you will need additional items. I found this cutter at a thrift shop as is. Roland Stika SV-15; sharp, clean and works excellent.
Roland SV-15 Material Cutter/ Blade Plotter. Can cut a range of materials from sign vinyl through stencils. Performed test cut on Crircut brand vinyl without problem(the"ROLAND SV-15" in white shown in photo) Power supply and USB cords are not OEM. But meet specifications. I am including a CD with a pdf manual, Dr Stika 1.80, and Windows 7 drivers, and some Cricuit white vinyl for reproduction of my test cut, as that is the extent of testing and guarantee. This machine is clean inside and out, has excellent looking belt and cogs, and performs test cuts per instructions, but will need drivers for your specific computer(available on Roland's website) may need a different angle blade depending on the material to be cut, and could use a new Blade Cutter Pad(in stock at $10.49 on 3/7/2015 at Roland's supply site)
