Roland Stika SV-15 Decal Cutter Plotter
This machine has seen a lot of work. It is 3 or 4 years old. Has a new cutting strip. The machine doesn't cut small things as good as it used to. Maybe it needs a need blade or blade holder I am not sure. The front of the machine is cut up pretty good where the material is trimmed after a cut. Personally I'd either send it in for a tune up or figure out why it is not cutting small things well. Could be a simple fix? Check the forums also. No software included. In fact it looks like it just came out of the box. I have used this to fabricate vinyl for my sign company and have maintained it regular. Runs and operates perfectly. Vinyl stays on track and have run a 50 yard roll with no problems. This machine will take a 48" roll of media and cut with precise accuracy. I am including the OEM vinyl front and rear basket which keeps all dirt and debris free of the vinyl which can contaminate the blade and internal components. I bought this to letter my loaners cars because of the cost. The down side. I'm to busy and don't have time to learn how to use it. It does the print test and I have made a couple small things the program has in it. I have no clue with the program I bought how to run and how to work all the settings. I'm thinking I should have got another program to run it. NO SOFTWARE IS INCLUDED. I'm not sure it would work for you? It said I could put it in all my computers. But it knows my main computer and won't let that happen I have also cut stuff for my race car. Or should save tried. It came out in two foot letters.I put 200.00 for shipping because that is what it cost me to get it from the west coast. I will refund money if I can do it cheaper. This is a very lightly used Roland GX-24 Cutter/ Plotter. Full details about the cutter can be found on the manufacture's website: I purchased this cutter just over one year ago and have only used it lightly at home for personal use. The cutter has had very little use as I did not have the projects I expected to have with it. The good thing is since it was used to little. It's close to being like new. Other cutters are used from sign shops and may have been used all day. Every day. This was has had maybe 5 hours of actual use in its lifetime. There is one small scratch on the front I made the first time I cut vinyl away from the roll. The scratch is only cosmetic and very hard to see. Please see the pictures for more details. I am selling for parts a Roland PNC 1100. It powers up fine and sometimes you can get into the menu and sometimes you can't. I think it's the ribbon cable but not sure. It comes with just the plotter. No cables included. It may work perfectly after replacing the ribbon cable but I can't guarantee that. It sounds normal upon startup but I am unable to test it.
