Up for auction is a non functioning. Used Roland PNC-1100A digital sign maker. I used it to cut vinyl for signs and race car lettering. I used it for years, then one day when I turned it on, the cutter went all the way to the left and just tries to keep going. I believe the servo board is bad. It would be good for spare parts if you have a similar unit. Thanks for looking. I was going to throw this out but see that people buy these on eBay for parts. This was left in the space I'm renting by the previous occupant that was a sign shop. I don't believe the machine to be working properly but definitely shows"signs" of life. It does turn on then the head moves all the way towards the left when facing the front. Once it gets to the end it make a chatter noise like it tries to keep going. I can turn it off and move the head back to the right and it will do the same thing. The operator panel does display as shown in the photo. The photos also show the condition. Doesn't look beat up but does have signs of wear. So you can have it at $100. That's what I see them paying in used unworking condition. And that is what your buying. I make no claim that it will work. In fact it looks like it just came out of the box. I have used this to fabricate vinyl for my sign company and have maintained it regular. Runs and operates perfectly. Vinyl stays on track and have run a 50 yard roll with no problems. This machine will take a 48" roll of media and cut with precise accuracy. I am selling my trusty vinyl plotter. Model Roland CX-24. This is similar to the GX-24, but I have been told it is more reliable. The plotter has a 24" wide area for your vinyl to run through, and will accept rolls or pieces. The unit is a little rough, had a printed piece go through before the ink dried all the way, and it left a purple stain below the cutting area. I recently replaced the cutting strip. As those wear out over time. Probably time for a new blade(cheap) but I will include the one it has now as well as a ball point pen accessory. Included is the plotter. I think I payed $1.200 for it about 8 years ago. It's in great shape and have never had a problem with it. There are several extra carbide blades.
