Stihl Ts400 Concrete cut off Saw 14" Needs repair cutoff ts410 ts420 gas engine
Thanks for looking. Up for bid is a used Stihl ts400 cutoff saw. I purchased this used last summer to do some projects around the house. And it worked great. I went to use it again last week and I was unable to get it to start. Here is what I know. The only oil/gas mix I had to use is at least a year old. Could play a part in not getting it to start. Engine is not seized. It feels like it has compression when you go to start it. but it makes a"wheezing" noise like it may have a leak somewhere(but I really don't know much about small engines) pull start does not completely recoil. Leaves about 6" hanging out. I pulled out the air filter after I couldn't get it to start and it was pretty clogged with concrete dust. I removed the filter and the carb looks clean.
