Concrete Chainsaw RedZaw RZ60(ICS 603GC) powerhead and chain. Runs great!
Used RedZaw RZ60 powerhead and diamond chain manufactured by ICS. All functions of this saw work including the water line. The 9" bar was pinched between a slab and damaged and is not included. Find a replacement bar or upgrade to a new 10" bar(ics part number: 517689) with an appropriate chain. as pictured. The chain that comes with it has 24 cutting segments(9" bar) all with 1/8" of diamond cutting material left. As per an ICS customer service representative. The RZ60 is no longer produced but is equivalent to the ICS 603GC. And as such bars and chains fitting the 603GC will fit this. I have priced a replacement bar on Amazon for $98.44. Or Ebay for $99. Saw starts up every time and runs very strongly. Choke. Throttle, decompression valve, air filter, etc. all working great. ICS 695 F4 Concrete Chainsaw with two types of chains
My small projects are done. This beast is just getting broken in. It is the best gas saw ICS makes with the extra nice chain cutting bar: 16 inch and sprocket. It comes with the newer diamond chain I just got for it last week. I used it to open up some egress windows just over 10 lineal feet on block so this chain has a lot of life on it. A new diamond chain for this saw is about $600. It also comes with the oil; it still has 5 of the 6 oil jugs left from the factory. It also has a extra power grit chain used once for a ductile pipe. ICS 633F4 Concrete Chainsaw
Up for sale is an ICS 633F4 concrete chainsaw. The"F4" part means this is the heaver duty version. The chain is pretty new. With about three 4 inches deep cuts on it(I had to run a 4 inch drain tile through some concrete) This is the second chain on the guide bar. So it is in good shape. Basically I picked up two chains and a bar as a package. The first chain was used until it was worn out and the second I did what was left of the trimming. The chain part number is 531735. If you look this up. It means that it is a ProFORCE Premium S 5/16 Diamond Chain that is for speed and strength, built to cut fast in medium to hard concrete with rebar, though the concrete I have did not have rebar. Having the faster cutting chain was very nice as it greatly accelerated getting the job done. The starter recoil spring has been cleaned, flywheel fins and starter pawls are cleaned, new spark plug, new air cleaner, new starter rope(the old one was frayed) new rim sprocket and clutch cup(the rim sprocket is listed as a wear item and is recommended to be replaced every 2-3 diamond chains) The crud left from cutting concrete has been cleaned off and it's in good shape. The plastic guard in the front has been replaced(it was heavily marred due to cutting concrete) as well as the guard flap(which was torn about 1/2 the way through) Basically I did all the work to get the saw ready for another season of use. Bottom line is that other than scratched paint from being used(but not abused) The saw is in good shape. That said, I do recommend that if your interested to stop by and inspect it for yourself. Stihl 075 076 Demo cut off Concrete Saw Chain saw Made in Germany Actually Im not sure what to call it. The recoil& Tank seems to match the 075& 076 chainsaw. However the clutch drum is belt drive wich contitutes demo saw. The starter& tank work good. the case is questionable. there is no play in conecting rod but the skirt is broke on the piston. The clutch seems good. I feel good about the crank shaft but no way to check. fly wheel has a broken fin. It does not roll at this time. It moves about an eighth of an inch maybe something is in there. This is the condition I got the saw in. Sold as is of course. The saw starts and runs great! I haven't had the opportunity to cut concrete with this saw ... morebut have owned these in the past.The outside has residual dried slurry.Peeling stickers, surface rust on the muffler, a small tear on the mud flap(see pic) the starter cord is stiff and will occasionally rewind stubbornly. I chalk this up to dried concrete slurry. Once in use the cord relaxes and is perfect. It's really easy to replace if it bothers you, These recoils are made to be easily serviced. The spring is separate from the spool so you don't end up with 30ft of spring flying around your shop. All in all, is in good working condition. This saw was replaced by the 680GC. Will cut through 12" of concrete, Can plunge cut into a basement wall, will cut through limited rebar, very handy Please do your research and ask any questions before bidding. These are not toys. They take a specific gas/oil mix(25:1) If used improperly they will self destruct. Wear chains prematurely, and generally make your life miserable. If you follow the directions, use the right fuel, don't cut through tons of rebar, and plan your cut, they are amazing. That being said. I won't sell you a DOA tool. ICS Concrete Masonry Chainsaw 18" 623G Needs Repair
COULD BE AN EASY FIX COULD BE A REBUILD. I do not know& am not a mechanic. This motor has very good compression& is not froze up. It will however not start or fire. This is a very big saw& when runnin. Can do some serious damage. Purchase comes with everything pictured. Chain does have some wear but blade is in very nice working condition.
