Communications Technology Corp. Wiremate 710 Cutter-Presser. This item looks new to me but may have been used. It's super clean and not showing any wear that I can see. The maintenance kit was still sealed but I opened it to check the contents. Everything shown in the handbook that was supposed to come with this is present with a couple of duplicates.
