Original Vintage Industrial Factory Dark Green Pendant Light.
You are bidding on a beautiful dark green vintage French Enamel Ceiling light. It is 31 cm across and approx 22 cm tall and the chain measures 51 cm. It has wear and tear commensurate with age. Some of the enamel is coming offf around the rim and there are some small rust marks on the edge and some general wear in the green enamel. However because the rim is black the wear isn't noticable and. In my opinion it only adds to the vintage look of the light anyway. I have never had it looked like by a qualified electrician but the fitting looks old and would probably need to be replaced to make sure it's safe to use. I bought many years ago and have never got round to putting up so though it needs to go to a good home. Vintage Industrial angle poise lamp. I expect made by EDL, There is a worn triangular makers mark on the shade. In good original condition, There are a few old chips to the enamel but this is expected with age. It swivels 180 degrees and when fully extended is approx 30" long. It is in working order and looks to be newly rewired but like any used electrical item should be checked by a qualified electrician. All in all a very nice industrial lamp. Extremely sturdy and very usable. I will probably remove the iron wall mount the arm is attached to unless the buyer want it.I expect this is not original, probably as old as the lamp, But would save postage cost removed. The wheels measure approx. 5 3/4" and stand approx. 8" tall overall. The base measures approx. 5" x 4 3/4" with drilled mounting holes that measure 3 5/8" and 4" center to center. The wheels move freely and are covered in surface rust. I have left them exactly as found not knowing if someone wants the aged patina. They need a good cleaning and grease. The only defect I can find is a small chip in one of the wheels.see the photo) I'm not sure if it's an old chip or defect in the casting. This is a great old foundry mold that measures 14in X 10in X 4 1/2in. This wooden foundry mold is from the early 1900's. The foundry used these molds in a sand casting process to produce the items in cast iron. The molds were made by specially skilled craftsmen. Whose precision woodworking, made perfect replicas of the cast iron piece that their customers requested. Rare matched pair of vintage wooden foundry molds that make fantastic wall shelves. These molds measure 25" tall. The shelf surface area is 21" wide. And 10-1/4" deep. I think that originally these were made to attach together, back to back, forming a perfect circle when used as an industrial mold. Each of these weighs 13 lbs and are very sturdy, solid wood. They even have a pair of cast hangers built into the back edge. Considering that these are industrial pattern molds they are in exceptionally nice condition. No breaks or repairs. Description Terrific old pair of shoe last molds. This one is a child's size 11 1/2 D. They measure about 8" end to end and 2 1/2" or so across at the widest point. These do have an old"leather shoe repair store" smell to them. While it's definitely not unpleasant. And most people like that smell, if you're sensitive you might want to let them air out a bit. PLEASE LOOK THROUGH THE ITEMS IN MY EBAY STORE. WE HAPPILY COMBINE SHIPPING. It is in as found condition. I did an initial cleaning but there is still more cleaning to be done. This is from a large group of antique foundry molds etc. that I will be listing over time. These came from the estate of a local man who purchased them years ago from a foundry in Menomonie. This foundry originated in 1898 as the Dunn County Iron Works where they produced castings for sawmills and brickyards. A couple of years later they became the Aetna Engine Works which produced gasoline powerplants for sawmills. In the 1910's the engine work was stopped and it became the Forster Foundry Company. In 1928 a floor drain was started but the depression/stock market brought an end to this. The company now operates as the Badger Iron Works. This is a Genuine Antique Wheeler& Wilson Treadle Sewing Machine Cast Iron Base. It is complete and in working order. All casters spin free and do not have any flat spots. The flywheel and foot pedal move with ease. It has a wooden pitman arm and a 12-1/2" flywheel. It is a little dirty. Especially around all pivot points and hard to reach places.
