It is very well constructed and built for endurance- no light weight tin on this. It has 22-12" x 12" openings and 9- 12" x 24" openings. It has never been painted- has some areas of light rust. Items on shelf are not included- I didn't think to blow off the dust that is why there are light and dark shapes on the shelves.
