1/2-inch Offset Bender - Greenlee Little Kicker 1810 - Light Usage - Free Ship
Up for your consideration is one used Greenlee Little Kicker 1/2-inch EMT offset bender– Catalog No. 1810. Please see the specifications at the end of this page. I purchased this new in the early 90's for my personal use. It has very light use and has only been used by myself in a non-commercial application. If you examine the shoe beds in the photos. You can see that the usage is actually minimal even though the bender has its share of scrapes and dings from being moved around in the tool box and the storage unit. It is in perfect working order. There are no cracks in the shoes/handle. The roller does roll perfectly smoothly and freely. The roller does have some normal scoring from where debris were"rolled" through during normal usage. But there is no cracking, pitting or rust in the roller. The guide pins and springs are in ... moreperfect condition. The steel side plates were engraved with my last name on one side. And my first name was written in Sharpie on the other side. I filed off the engraving and used a wire brush to remove the Sharpie marking as well as the little bit of surface rust on the plates and bolts. If you are concerned about whether the bender is actually mine to sell. I can email you a photo of the engraving of my last name which I took prior to filing off the engraving. If you request, I be will glad to email the engraving photo after purchase but prior to shipping so that you can compare my actual ebay verified name with that shown in the photo. I will also include the photo of my first name which was written in Shrapie. I will then only ship once you are completely satisfied. Otherwise, I will issue a refund and re-list the item. These sell new on Amazon for $245(shipping included) for the modern version which is probably the best price you will find for a new one. I have not used the current/modern version. Greenlee No. 1810 Vintage Electricians Cutting/Bending Tool. Very nice piece of original early machinery; one of the original models. The only thing that may have been replaced are the bolts-even the screws are original(see photos) What is also nice about this is that the springs work smoothly. You pull the lever and it applies the pressure; quite powerful. Weighs just over 5 lbs. I don't know alot more about this, but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
