I bought this new maybe 10-12 years ago and barely used it. Someone who needs this should have it. The instruction manual for these is impossible to find so don't miss out! Shipping only to Conus for now. I will combine shipping costs and only charge for what it cost me to send a box(usually flat rate USPS Priority) Please ask questions before bidding. I only accept returns if I have no described the item correctly or it does not function. Regarding function: The batteries are fairly new. But you should start with your own new batteries. The fuses are intact, so if you test it incorrectly and blow a fuse(potentially damaging the meter) I cannot take a return.
